The Senior Operations Analyst is an experienced operational analyst in support of the National Guard Bureau’s J-35 Future Operations Division.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Adjudicate, consolidate, and package the directorate’s response to the staffing action and provide to the NGB-J355.

Provide a TMT Action Officer Summary for each TMT task assigned to the NGB-J355 and provide an NGB-J35 Annual Program Summary Report.

Draft NGB-J35 OCR Analysis CRM Analysis Assessment and analyze each NGB-J35 OPR CRM.

Draft Policy for Plans, Doctrine, Manuals, Instructions, and Pamphlets.

Represent the NGB-J355 on the National Guard Strategic Planning System – Steering Group (NGSPS-SG) established sub working groups like the NGB-J5 led National Guard Bureau Strategic Plan Working Group (NGBSP-WG).

Represent the NGB-J355 on the NGB-J5 process to develop, staff and obtain approval from the CNGB for NGB’s submission to the Annual Joint Assessment (AJA).

Attend and participate in Division and Branch Chief Meetings at the TARC or via teleconference for applicable branches to maintain situational awareness within the organization.

 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a Department of Defense Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Combatant Commander’s Contingency Plans (CONPLANS), NGB and Interagency DSCA Plans and to maintain internal OPORDS and Annexes.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

 

Excellent proof-reading reading/attention to detail skills, data base entry abilities.Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and excellent communication skills.Proficient with a broad range of Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of office machines to print, scan and fax documents.

Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
