Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements, primarily activity in positions, trades, cash and break resolutionPerform internal control procedures as part of compiling regular reporting packages for clients to support positions, trades and cash prior to handing off to other operational groups.Perform verification and processing of Corporate ActionsCollaborate with other functional teams to onboard new clients and support existing system transitionsWork closely with various teams to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, address any gaps and resolve client issuesAssist Operations Manager develop and implement process improvementsContribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of operational systems and associated controls and procedures.What You Will Bring:
BA in business/finance or related discipline 2+ years’ experience with Back Office Operations working for either a Prime Broker, Administrator, Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, or Investment Advisor.Knowledge of Hedge Funds and Private Equity FundsYou have an inquisitive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and drive to learn.You have knowledge of, or an appetite to learn about, financial instruments such as Common Stock, Bonds, Options, Futures, Forwards, Swaps, and other products.Strong written, verbal communication skills, and solid MS Excel knowledgeWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
