To join our team as Senior Operations Consultant, responsible for supporting the delivery of client services based in financial reporting, invoicing, program accounting and budget management functions for a large and diverse portfolio of programs. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.This position will be part of a program delivery team responsible for implementing innovative residential energy-efficiency programs on behalf of a client serving customers in Oregon and SW Washington.

Be responsible for significant cross-functional business processes and policies with significant impact to the company or practice.Leads opportunities for cross-functional or cross-company process / protocol improvement and implements and coordinates them. May be responsible for multiple contract / sub-contractor relationships that have a significant impact to overall company performance.Be responsible for Large practice or company-wide business systems identification, prioritization and improvement with broad impact across practices, functions or the enterprise.Be accountable for budget management for a significant process or initiative at the practice or company level. Support management of portfolio of contracts at the practice or company level.

12+ years combined relevant work experience that may include (but certainly not limited to) program finance operations, project management or accounting process supportStrong attention to detail and able to conduct highly accurate reviews of complex invoicing and billing documentationSuperb customer and client service skills Familiarity with US GAAP; strong proficiency with financial statement and report preparationEffective oral and written communication Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to quality; organized and process-oriented.Experience with data managementComfortable with budget management Ability to interpret complex information and data Positive attitude and flexibility
