Duties and responsibilities + Managing Finishing Operations of the Washington Specialty Plate Facility + Shot Blasting + Ultrasonic Testing + Stretching + Cutting + Acid Pickling + Inspection and Shipping + Direct supervision of both management employees and a represented hourly workforce in day-to-day operational activities + Responsible for all aspects of safety, quality, productivity, and cost control for the Finishing End facilities
