With a passion for people, the Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager will partner with the Plant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing processes, demonstrated success in delivering Word Class Net Promotor Score performance, and a proven record of using innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team to achieve production goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. “Safety First” is not just a motto, it is a philosophy. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to drive process improvements and resolve production issues. Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing operations team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. In lieu of a degree, candidates with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing management capacity are invited to apply. Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, driving success through empowered and engaged employees Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a proactive approach Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software. Direct P&L experience is preferred, basic understanding of plant operations financials is required Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
