\n\nOversee daily operational activities to ensure On-Time Performance (OTP) while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.\nFoster a Health & Safety culture on-site and coordinate with the Safety team for audits and implementation plans.\nUtilize and monitor IT tools (AMS, GCA, Logics) to manage resources effectively, aligning with budgetary and productivity targets.\nEngage with Union representatives to promote collaboration between management and staff, facilitating operational goals.\nDrive continuous improvement by recording and managing KPIs, reviewing operational processes in accordance with CAA/IATA guidelines.\nEnsure effective communication with internal and external customers, and support initiatives to minimize flight delays and achieve commercial objectives.\n\n

\n\nProven track record in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to demonstrate experience in areas outlined in the key responsibilities of the role.\nMiddle management experience\nPrevious experience leading, developing and engaging a large team.\nAble to innovate in a fast-moving customer impacting environment\nPrevious experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage but not essential.\n\n
