The Sr Operations Manager will assist with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

Qualifications:
A.A. Degree required in Business Management, or a related field with 2+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus Bilingual a plus Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified. Bilingual a plus Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team. Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use. Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
