Key Responsibilities: + Develop advanced readiness data models to evaluate force readiness using the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer's (CDAO) Advanced Analytics (Advana) platform. + Extract and integrate data from disparate sources to provide a clear and accurate assessment of force availability and mission readiness. + Utilize statistical, mathematical, and computational techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. + Develop data products for inclusion in the Strategic Readiness Assessments (SRA), Semi-Annual Readiness Reporting (SRRC), and Cumulative Impact Analysis and Risk Mitigation (CISR) that are comprehensive and reflect the readiness factors impacting DoD. + Interpret and present findings to senior leadership, providing clear and concise recommendations. + Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analytical findings and recommendations. + Ensure all analytical work is thoroughly documented and adheres to established standards and protocols. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in operations research, mathematics, statistics or similar field with 6 or more years of experience or Master's Degree with 4 or more years of experience. + Experience developing and implementing complex analytical models and simulations. + Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as Python. + Experience in working with large datasets and performing data cleaning, transformation and visualization. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance + Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) Preferred Qualifications: + Experience working in a DoD environment. + Experience with DoD force readiness policies + Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.
