As a senior operations strategist at Level20, you’ll lead the development of the customer service strategy and banking business operations for the launch and scaling of a new product being brought to market. In this role, you’ll support the customer service strategy, manage complex operational and financial functions, and partner with operational leadership to develop policies, processes, and procedures that evolve and adapt throughout the product lifecycle. In the early stages of the business, you’ll take a hands-on approach to managing customer communications and refining processes to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll take on stretch assignments with confidence, adapt to evolving responsibilities, and contribute as part of a cross-functional group.

Must-have qualifications 
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations for consumer products companies with digital distribution and support models{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years business operations for consumer products companies with digital distribution and support modelsPreferred skills
Current or previous experience in retail banking or financial services, including bank operations, with a focus on regulatory requirements and functional complexities; familiarity with CRM systems, banking terminology, and processes such as investments, redemptions, ACH, and wire transfersDemonstrated leadership experience within Contact Center Operations, ensuring exemplary service delivery within a heavily regulated industryProven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for procedural and technical challengesStrong understanding of functional transactions and money movement within banking and financial technologiesAbility to work independently, multitask effectively, meet deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCompensation
