Kforce's client, a growing engineering technology is seeking a Senior or Principal Radar Algorithm Engineer in Orem, UT. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving a variety of radar algorithms, with a focus on those related to radar signal processing and target detection/tracking preferably in the area of MTI and STAP. Responsibilities: * Design and validate effective and efficient signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking * Implement those algorithms on embedded hardware with timing and resource utilization constraints (primarily using C++) * Develop test cases using real-world data to validate the efficacy of the algorithms and iterate the design process based on deficiencies * Work with various engineering teams to ensure that the radar output meets their requirements
