Senior Oracle SCM Applications Analyst

This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of  WA, OR, CA,  or TX. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position – remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule

The Sr. Oracle SCM Application Analyst uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Supply Chain and Finance and IS Supply chain business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications. 

Supporting Oracle Cloud applications in the areas of requisitioning, requisition punchouts, procurement, purchase agreements, suppliers, EDI transactions, configurations, REST APIs and approval workflows. 

Deliberating new requirements for enhancements from business and provide functional solution as well as driving the CRs from requirement through the delivery process to deployment. 

Executing Growth and Modernization projects for new acquisitions, standardizing the business process to existing global solution design. 

Research pain points or slow processes and identifying opportunities for RPA, AI to achieve business process optimization.

Essential Knowledge/Skills for this role include:

Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud database fundamental structure and be able to find tables/views in Oracle Fusion to debug transactional issues in Requisitions, Procurement and Purchase Agreements.  Redwood UI/ Response self-service procurement experience would be a plus!  Experience on evaluation of the quarterly patch releases.  Two years: Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.  Ready to travel to other providence locations/facilities within the US when required, for business meetings or new implementation projects. 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).  Five years: Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS Requisitions, Procurement, Purchase Agreements, and Suppliers.  Good understanding of fundamentals of Oracle Fusion Cloud in terms of Enterprise Structures, Procurement workflows, Inventory Replenishment processes (Min-Max, PAR, Self-service procurement)  Strong understanding of the impact of application configuration and master data  Ability to build OTBI dashboards for reporting, FBDI data load process, and building basic SQL queries for issue debugging.  Ability to troubleshoot oracle issues related to integrations and reports, by being able to run queries against Oracle Cloud or PAAS database. (exposure to SQLDeveloper, BI Catalog etc.,). 

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree: Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management.  Upon hire: Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant SCM applications mentioned above)  Two years: Experience with implementation (One or More) and support of Oracle Cloud Suite (Procurement) is highly desired.   Two years: Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.

The salary range listed for this position is MIN: $53.33 to MAX: $85.85 per hour based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted. Salary range and job offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences.  Salary range will vary from state and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
