Currently we are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join the Customer Service Desk team in Order Management for Business Unit Care Chemicals. The Customer Service Desk sub-team is part of OM BU Care Chemicals team. We are looking for candidate who puts customers first, approaches challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, understands deeply clients' needs, and drives for results that benefit both customers and our company, bringing enthusiasm and fresh ideas to our top-class Order Management team.
What will you be doing?
Coordinating End-to-End Order Management Process Creating SAP Sales orders and being responsible for Sales orders coordination Being first point of contact for final customers from Eastern Europe Coordinating information flow between customers, transport team, warehouse, stakeholders, and Sales team Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents Performing claim management through the internal Quality Notification System Sustaining good relations with Clariant’s customers
What are we looking for?
Experience in customer service desk or supply chain area Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency Logical thinking and multitasking mindset Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills Teamwork spirit Projects and improvements orientation Language skills: Polish and English B2 is a must Nice to have: German
