You Are:
This role will work with internal and external partners in the development and utilization of standard, industry-proven tools and processes to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and ensure successful change adoption on identified initiatives. The role will work within a matrix organization with other business partners, including HR, executive leaders, and client partner teams to positively affect business performance by accelerating change initiatives.
The opportunity:
· Help create and execute change programs through communication, training, and process mapping, that will equip leaders and the overall organization to manage current and future challenges.
· Enable a nimble organization that can adapt and innovate based on shifts in the market.
· Leverage the PROSCI change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change driven by a transformation initiative.
· Deploy (with the rest of the change management team) a set of actionable and targeted change management plans–including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
· Deploy the standard change management and organizational principles to ensure a common language and approach to change management, including how to integrate people, processes, organization design, and mindsets because of change initiatives.
· Coach executives and members of leadership teams to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
· Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they guide their direct reports through transitions.
· Take a data-driven change approach to measure the outcomes of activities to ensure they are aligned and are delivering value to the intended initiative outcomes.

What you need:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· HRIS Background with proof of Workday training
· Change management certification strongly preferred
· SRE Training and Certification Strongly Preferred
· Program management w/ SAAS applications Technical Skills and Knowledge
· Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment.
· Experience building partnerships, consulting, influencing, and negotiating with business executives, leadership, human resources partners, and peers to gain commitment and accomplish business goals.
· Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to effectively assess and analyze stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
· Ability to execute and make timely and independent judgment decisions while balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
· Advanced Microsoft Office
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $124,000-$186,000
A successful employee in this role may be eligible for incentive payments based on company and individual performance.
Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role.
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
