The Senior Paid Search Specialist (Shopping Ads) will be responsible for managing and optimizing shopping ad campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms. The role will focus on product feed optimization, bid strategies, and campaign performance within the Google Ads and Bing Ads environments. This position requires familiarity with feed management platforms like Feedonomics and a deep understanding of the Google Merchant Center. As a data-driven marketer, you will utilize advanced analytics and SQL to refine shopping campaigns and maximize ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
● In-Platform Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize shopping ads across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and future search platforms.
Work directly in Google Merchant Center and Bing Merchant Center, ensuring product feeds are accurate, complete, and optimized for visibility.
Use platforms like Feedonomics to manage and optimize product feeds, ensuring high data quality and compliance with platform standards.
● Data Analysis & Optimization:
Perform detailed data analysis to optimize product feed performance and ensure the best possible ad placements.
Use SQL, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Excel to monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Create automated reports and dashboards to track shopping campaign KPIs, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
● Collaboration & Feed Management:
Collaborate with product and eCommerce teams to ensure that product feeds are accurate, up-to-date, and well-structured for Google Merchant Center and Bing Merchant Center.
Work closely with the Paid Search Manager and other stakeholders to align shopping ad strategies with business objectives and eCommerce goals.
Test new product feed enhancements and platform updates, staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience managing shopping ad campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
● Proficiency with feed management platforms like Feedonomics and experience in optimizing product feeds for search platforms.
● Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.
● Experience with Google Analytics and creating automated reports for performance tracking.
● Familiarity with eCommerce and product feed optimization best practices.
**Preference is for this position to be hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices. Remote candidates will be considered and occasional travel to our Lincolnshire, IL offices may be required.**

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Pay Range:
