**Job Description:**
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled **Paralegal** with extensive personal injury experience to support one of our client’s attorneys in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and handle all aspects of litigation and trial preparation. This is a critical role that requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication and drafting skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including attending trials and handling trial logistics.
+ Draft formal communications with opposing counsel, experts, and clients.
+ Perform legal research using LexisNexis and prepare summaries of findings.
+ Prepare and file documents in both state and federal courts.
+ Draft responses to discovery, responsive pleadings, and documents for production.
+ Calculate and manage state and federal pleading and discovery deadlines.
+ Issue DWQs for medical and billing records, Open Records Requests, and FOIA requests.
+ Draft and summarize medical records and deposition summaries.
+ Maintain and manage a busy docket, calendaring deadlines and court dates.
+ Prioritize competing deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all required documentation.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** At least 10 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on personal injury.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office; experience with docket management and calendaring systems.
+ **Legal Expertise:** Experience filing in state and federal courts, drafting pleadings, and conducting legal research.
+ **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with opposing counsel, experts, and clients.
+ **Language Skills:** Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
+ **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
+ **Work Ethic:** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ **Trial Experience:** Hands-on experience with trial preparation and execution.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
+ Experience with issuing discovery and managing document production.
**Compensation:**
The compensation package will be competitive and based on experience.

**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
