We seek a highly skilled and creative Senior Partner, Learning & Development, to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage business leaders to identify and conduct analysis of departmental learning needs. They will individually and in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) analyze, design, and develop learning materials; as well as facilitate training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training methodologies.
Analysis: Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs, understand learners and conduct needs assessments Design and Development: Develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, materials, assessments, and learning reinforcement tools Utilize various instructional design models and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences Implement (Facilitation): Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules Engage participants through interactive and participatory training methods Adapt training delivery to accommodate different learning styles and needs Provide coaching and support to participants to successfully apply learned skills Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and emerging trends Stay updated with the latest training and instructional design developments to ensure best practices Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the other Learning & Development team members Support learning pull through and reinforcementQualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field and at least 3-4 years of Learning and Development experience Experience partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., Articulate, InDesign, or similar e-learning authoring tools) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Job Snapshot Employee Type Full-Time Location Egg Harbor Township, NJ (Onsite) Job Type Other Experience 3 to 4 years Apply to this job.
