Role Description:

This is a fully remote, part-time, or full-time position for an experienced (senior associate to senior partner level) corporate attorney in a highly respected Miami corporate & commercial real estate transactional law firm.

Qualifications:

JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school. The energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice. Florida bar membership is REQUIRED. Minimum of 5 years’ experience (the more senior, the better) in a combination of international, M&A, general corporate, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or another "Big Law" firm. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bilingual or fluent in Spanish and English is REQUIRED. Candidate will work directly with partners, support deals, and directly manage client transactions. No book of business is required.

Attorney will assist in various corporate, business, M&A, corporate governance and international matters, using top legal technology. For the right person, this could lead to a long-term arrangement with significant financial opportunities.
