Senior Partner Success Manager
ImpactAs a Senior Partner Success Manager located in San Francisco, CA , You will gain experience working on a team that directly impacts Shipt’s growth. Partner Success helps drive business and expand our relationships with top retail brands in the country. We touch all teams across the company, uniting them to achieve goals.

While no two days are the same you will proactively build and nurture a strong partnership with key strategic retail partners through thoughtful communication, regular business reviews, reporting, and innovative opportunities. Establish a trusted advisor relationship across the customer's organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts, that works to ensure customers are getting value from our products and services. Understand industry trends to position yourself as a thought leader to internal and external teams. Use data to define opportunities and develop sustainable solutions that benefit customers, shoppers, and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow your partners’ business in the delivery space. Own the onboarding process of new retail partners to Shipt’s delivery solutions. Lead project initiatives from start to finish - clearly outlining pertinent information to all parties and negotiate retail partner agreements for renewals and service additions.

What You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulYou have 7+ years experience in customer success, account management or partner success.You have experience in managing enterprise-level accounts.You are a motivated self-starter, adept at solving problems and spotting opportunities in ambiguous circumstances.You have a customer service mindset to build trust with your partners and live out Shipt’s purpose.You have the ability to coordinate across numerous roles and cross-functional departments concurrentlyYou enjoy traveling up to 25% of the time for meetings in Shipt offices (SF, BHM) and on-site with retail partner

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave.  Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: 

$86,357-$172,715

All other locations:

$72,035-$143,964

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
