As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with top allies in Branch’s partner ecosystem. You are an energetic and organized self-starter and you understand the needs of marketing professionals. You will build and execute frameworks for the partnership program, and enable the sales teams to bring partners onboard to accelerate new business. You will be a key driver of growth for the company and on the front lines for evangelizing and supporting our product to marketing professionals. This is a highly visible role within the company that has a significant impact on overall business performance.
As a Sr. Partnerships Manager, you’ll get to: Influence C-level executives in the mobile industry in key growth regions of Branch Define, build and deliver the program that takes our partnerships to the next level Provide support to Branch's partners, developing mutually beneficial revenue opportunities resulting in sourced pipeline and book of business growth Build scalable enablement process for partners Train and enable global partners for Branch’s customers Update partners with new product additions, changes and industry updates Coordinate with Sales, Account leaders, Support, and legal to ensure success for partners Effectively articulate and demonstrate the value of Branch solutions. Evangelize Branch while networking with industry peers and brands Expected travel: 10-15% You’ll be a good fit if you have: 5+ years of experience in a high-growth martech company or customer/client-facing role at a top tier digital agency or consulting firm Existing professional network in the martech, consulting and agency space Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal communication and writing skills Bias for action and record of strong performance Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company Prior experience selling to clients/partners Experience working for a mobile tech or mobile analytics company Experience in US markets, global a plusThis role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $170000 - $200000 OTE.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is on target earning.
