Full Time Day Shift: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
The Patient Services Coordinator II functions as an integral member of the Organ Transplant team, providing support and coordination of patient care services through a wide spectrum of clerical and administrative duties.
Works under the general direction of a provider or their designee, utilizing communication and administrative skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. Will act as a patient advocate to assure the patient's access to health care during their entry into and through the services of the clinic.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Or equivalent from a college or technical school. Upon hire: Medical Terminology Certification. 1 year related experience in a healthcare setting preferred (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.). Organ Transplant experience. Experience in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations.Why Join Providence?
