Senior Payroll Analyst  Pay Rate: $40.00 – $42.00/ hourWork Type: Long-term-temporary positionLocation: Pearland, TXHours: M-F, 8-5 When you enter the role of Senior Payroll Analyst, you unlock endless possibilities for yourself, our client company, and the community they serve. Your compensation expertise will strengthen a progressive environment where you will assist with payroll management functions of the clinic by conducting reports and processing reports. Responsibilities:Processed bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, including preparation activities, processing reports, prior / mid and after validation and analysis. Processes special payrolls on a regular basis. Interacted with Payroll, Compensation, Finance and Benefits staff regarding issues and individual pay components which impact payroll and accurate pay to employees and providers. Coordinated corrective actions with Payroll Manager, Payroll staff member and HR staff members as needed Qualification or Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience is required.A minimum 8 years of financial experience and 4 years in payroll administration including large scale payroll and time management systems. Attention to detail and mathematical skills are required.Certified Payroll Professional is preferred.  Benefits and Perks:Weekly pay – including direct deposit!During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance.
