Senior Payroll Analyst with GermanWhat can you expect?

We will count on you to:
Process and reconcile payroll data accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to Swiss or German payroll regulations and company policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements for payroll, benefits, and social security contributions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to gather and validate employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll outputs, resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
Stay up to date with relevant changes in labor and payroll legislation to ensure compliance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
What you need to have:
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
Good understanding of Swiss or German payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements
Proficiency in using any payroll software (for example P&I Loga, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting and any experience with cross-system configuration/administration
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
