Site Name: Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Posted Date: Feb 10 2025 Ensure payroll accuracy by effective administration of the payroll process and relationship with the payroll suppliers. Manage payroll month-end close process, prepare payroll reports and ensure smooth payroll authorization; Monthly processing of statutory payments to relevant authorities Ensure accuracy of data and salary calculations (e.g. vacation days, sick days, other paid etc.); Works closely with Finance Business Partner to ensure accurate monthly general ledger reporting on all payroll related transactions. Supports all internal/external audits pertaining to pay related activities Provides compensation details of international assignees to Global Compensation team on a timely manner. Ensuring final pay is calculated accurately and adhering to all local statutory requirements (eg. Tax clearance & etc) Supports all HR enquiries using Service Now Liaison with government authorities when necessary Responsible for record management of all payroll related documentation in accordance with GSK retention policy Organizes employee engagement activities to educate on pay related matters (Income tax roadshows) Responsible for the processing of Long Term Incentives (Share Plan) processing and record management as per instruction received from Global Responsible to work closely with Tax partners for foreign employees’ tax payment obligation with local tax authorities. Manage payroll projects and process improvements Supports Business on adhoc activities pertaining to pay related matters. (example, new allowances, restructuring exercises etc) Share feedback with Payroll Lead and regional/global contacts to continuously improve processes linked to payroll Any other tasks as instructed by Regional Payroll Lead or Regional Hub *LI-GSK Why GSK?
