Senior Payroll Specialist - REMOTE

We are assisting a bio-pharmaceutical company in their search for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with Workday experience to take charge of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle payroll process for over 300 multi-state employees using Workday.Ensure payroll processes are efficient and compliant with all federal and state regulations.Process bonus requests and manage payroll reporting.Generate audit reports and prepare preliminary payroll reconciliations.Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.Assist with year-end projects and audits as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, with experience using Workday. Comfort in handling the payroll process independently.Strong understanding of bi-weekly payroll, primarily for salaried employees, with a few hourly workers. FT1393031TB_1735578829 To Apply for this Job Click Here
