Job Summary

IFF is looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join our payroll team.

The role is based in Paris and offers a hybrid work model.in this role, you will be responsible for managing the monthly French payroll processes for 500 employees within a dynamic international environment.

Scope & Key Responsibilities

Coordination of payroll processes with various external service providersMonitoring of monthly payroll results; resolution of issuesExecution and review of internal SOX controlsProcessing of inquiries from auditors, local authorities and internal stakeholdersContact person for employees regarding payroll related mattersParticipation in projects, e.g. extension of payroll responsibility covering additional legal entitiesParticipation in monthly payroll run for multiple legal entities Execution and monitoring of internal controls Contact person regarding payroll related matters for internal and external stakeholders Active support in improving local payroll processes Participation in projects

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant payroll experience requiredRelevant professional training/bachelor’s degree requiredKnowledge of local wage tax, social security and pension regulations requiredFluency in French requiredGood English skills requiredExcel knowledge requiredWorking experience with time and attendance systems preferredExperience working with payroll providers preferred
