Description Robert Half is working with a respected client with offices in both Boston and Burlington looking for a Sr.Payroll Specialist to join its team. This role offers a Hybrid work schedule and is direct-hire. Our client is looking for a payroll professional with 3+ years of experience, and knowledge of multi-state payroll. This is a fast-paced environment and the selected candidate should understand payroll coding. Any experience with UKG software is a plus. Any payroll certifications are a plus. For the right candidate our client is offering a base salary "around" $70,000. Strong benefits here and a great culture. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar • Proficient in multi-state payroll processing, with a proven track record in managing payroll for over 500 employees. • Demonstrated ability to handle payroll across multiple states. • Familiarity with Kronos timekeeping system is preferred • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. • High degree of professionalism. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations is highly desirable.
