Job Summary
Provide support for both end user hardware and software technologies, also technical equipment at corporate offices and site locations. In some cases, provide training and guidance to lower-level technicians as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide daily hardware support for PCs/Laptops, tablets, printers, for both on premise and remote users.
Provide daily software support including operating systems and applications running on the following devices: PC’s/Laptops, tablets/phones, printers, handhelds, registers and other technical devices specific to TA’s business operation.
Practice daily asset management of equipment such as but not limited to: Lease PCs, printers, registers, credit card pin pads, etc.
Proven experience and success with supporting and following established guidelines, especially related to PCs/Laptops, Microsoft Office Applications, printers.
