In this role you will: + Help identify, support, and develop the supply chain to deliver the next generation of military avionics control systems and power & propulsion systems + Collaborate with design engineering, operations, and the supply base on quality/process improvements and design for manufacturability opportunities. + Lead, drive, and support root cause and corrective action investigations with the supply base + Effectively facilitate supplier assessments/audits on time + Support risk mitigation activities to ensure supplier transitions are executed on time and with minimal quality issues + Maintain compliance to established procurement and quality systems _* Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status._ **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelors of Science Degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain, quality, engineering, or manufacturing + Familiarity with printed circuit board manufacturing processes and quality standards + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause and corrective action tools + Motivated team player with a positive attitude **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Engineering degree + Ability to review/interpret engineering drawing requirements and standards + Understanding of AS9100 or equivalent quality system + Proficiency in Oracle ERP + Familiarity with AS9145/APQP/PPAP requirements and tools **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $83900 - $142600 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
