Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Senior Pega Application Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Build and deliver software products within a product line.

Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.

Identify and resolve software issues.

Plan and execute the delivery process.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree.Minimum 7 years of experience with case management system development.Pega System Architect Certification.Pega 8 experience.Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.Specialization in functional areas (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.Experience with Pega Architecture.
Experience with Pega Software Application Development.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Desire to work in an information systems environment.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
