The Senior People Business Partner (SPBP) plays a critical role in aligning our People strategies with business objectives. This position partners strategically with business leaders to influence and lead conversations that drive people strategy and transformation. The SPBP is responsible for workforce planning, talent management, and change management, ensuring the organization is equipped to meet its current and future goals. The role operates with a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and planning, partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive people-related initiatives that align with the business strategy.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters.Operate with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating strategic thinking and planning, able to effectively coach and influence leaders.Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its strategic goals, enables transformation and organizational design for the future.Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.Identify and develop high-potential employees for future critical roles.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions.Develop and implement change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and support mechanisms.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform decision-making.Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior leadership.Partner with COEs to leverage specialized expertise and resources in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility and rewardsEnsure alignment of COE initiatives with overall business strategy and HR goals.Lead and drive people-related initiatives that align with the business strategy.Ensure these initiatives support the organization’s goals and enhance overall productivity.Collaborate with finance teams to align HR and financial planning, ensuring cost-effective solutions and budget management.Let’s talk about you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, Organizational Design and change management.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
