Job Title: Sr. People Operations Coordinator 

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka 

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid 2-3 days a week work from office. 

Overview: We are seeking a Sr. People Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations, providing an excellent employee experience, and maintaining HR systems and processes. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture. 

Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle and HR transactions, including the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and payroll processes. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company. Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards. Participate in the planning and executing local events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention. Collaborate with the HR team to review and improve HR processes and strategies. Provide administrative support for the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Drive and monitor HR operational metrics and improving processes to meet organizational standards and performance goals 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in human resources or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Experience with UKG HRMS or similar HR management systems is highly desirable, with proficiency across multiple HR software platforms preferred to support seamless HR operations and data management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with HR software and comfortable learning new technologies. High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Understanding of Statutory and Compliance.
