Senior People Tech Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior People Tech Project Manager to join the People Team! 

What you’ll do:

Support in the delivery of HR programs, processes that would require technology transformations related to Total Rewards and other HR functions

Collaborate with HR Generalists, Talent Operations, HRIS, Total Rewards and other cross-functional partners to facilitate process mapping and assist with artifact creation to document alignment with business process model and interface touch points 

Review and understand the client's processes and systems used to provide recommendations on new streamline and optimization of processes and better utilization of systems 

Provide evidence and recommendations regarding long-term strategic solutions, collaborate with clients to determine project scope and vision and work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements

Performing performance analysis, financial and risk management to ensure success Total Rewards initiatives by evaluating pros and cons, risk and benefits for different solution options. 

Run ad-hoc and regular reporting (new hires, headcount, promotions, terminations, etc.)

Maintain and update internal documentation on standards of procedures within and outside of systems

Maintain personal and program metrics related to designated programs and various weekly project progress reports

Model and reinforce our cultural values of being smart, kind, and creative! 

Able to take ambiguous tasks, strategic questions, complex problems and turn them into real milestones

Maintain and advise on program and process knowledge base to support the build and scale a HR AI Assistant

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience supporting an Total Rewards team, working with Workday developers and product managers

An innovative problem solver who is proactive, able to make decisions quickly, and loves to get things done

Strong interpersonal skills, good intuition, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

Confidentiality is not an issue for you; you know what, when, and whom you can say things to

Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks at once, and solid attention to detail

Proficiency in Mac and Google applications especially with Sheets, Slides, and Docs

Proficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / Kanban) for effective project management

Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

Skilled in utilizing data analysis tools (e.g., Datastudio) to derive insights for decision-making

Excellent interpersonal and influence skills with a high attention to detail

Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively and execute both tactically and strategically

Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision)

Data Analysis tools (Datastudio)

Proficient in Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Minimum qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

4+ years of experience in HR project management or similar

3+ years of experience using Workday or similar HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Enterprise Resource Planning Tools (ERP)

Preferred qualifications:

4+ years of experience working in Total Rewards (e.g., Compensation, Equity, Benefits, Sales Incentives) projects

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
