Key Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion and scaling of our performance marketing accounts, focusing on customer acquisition (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms).
Strategically launch and manage campaigns across various platforms.
Ensure optimal technical setup and integration to support campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues for the creation of ad content based on detailed briefs.
Explore and implement innovative strategies to enhance our marketing visibility.
Monitor and optimize conversion funnels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet campaign objectives and ROI targets.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, ad creative, and landing page effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and consistent messaging across marketing channels.
Regularly generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and campaign improvements.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Implement automated marketing tools and techniques to effectively scale campaigns while ensuring efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing campaigns - Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and others.
Strong data-driven mindset and analytical abilities to interpret complex data and inform marketing strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and remarketing techniques.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency.
Understanding of SEO principles to collaborate with SEO teams and ensure paid and organic efforts are aligned.
Communication skills to effectively communicate campaign insights and strategies to stakeholders.
