About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital growth initiatives and scale our business through innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement while mentoring teams and managing key vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in leveraging diverse channels—especially paid social campaigns—to deliver measurable business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Budget & Channel Leadership: Oversee large performance marketing budgets and optimize paid digital channels, including forecasting and performance measurement. Conversion & Campaign Optimization: Enhance the conversion funnel through ongoing testing of bidding, targeting, messaging, creative, and landing pages. Paid Social Strategy: Lead and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. Growth Initiatives: Launch inbound and expansion campaigns across new geographies and product lines. Testing & Insights: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to integrate full-lifecycle marketing strategies. External Partnerships: Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, including Firebrand and metadata.io.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on scaling paid social campaigns and other digital channels. Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset to optimize and innovate complex marketing strategies. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and creative teams. Experience designing and executing robust marketing experiments, including A/B testing, to inform strategic decisions. Organizational and project management skills, with the aptitude to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently. Experience using metadata.io for paid social campaign execution is preferred. Familiarity with 6sense for audience segmentation and management is a plus.
