Job Description
Assist the perfumer in the development of fragrances and lead side projects in the lab.
ResponsibilitiesCompound fragrances for the perfumer.Prepare product samples.Assist as a backup for the laboratory manager in quality control.Assist quality control on fragrances for customers.Assist the laboratory manager to process and maintain profiles and resubmissions.Maintain a fully stocked and clean work station.Order raw materials to maintain a fully stocked laboratory.Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001.Essential Skills3-5 years of industry experience in compounding and quality control.Experience working in a quality control lab.Knowledge of laboratory procedures and chemistry.Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.Proficiency in sample preparation.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment
This position is based in a lab environment. The role involves working with various laboratory equipment and maintaining a clean and fully stocked work station. The dress code is professional lab attire.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $68640.00/yr.
