Senior Pharm PA/Appeals Technician – National Remote

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am –6pm local time, with rotating weekends & holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

Become knowledgeable with our process to best support our members Expected to meet departments production, quality, and success rate standards Work independently and as a team player to achieve individual and departmental goals Make outbound phones to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests Excellent oral and communication skills Work efficiently to meet case deadlines Model attendance and schedule adherence habits Ability to remain focused and productive with little supervision Eager to learn to work in many Windows-based applications and other complex systems

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician  Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence OR National Certification (PTCB) 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Must have ability to work Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00am –6pm local time, with rotating weekends & holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous prior Authorization experience Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in retail, hospital, specialty pharmacy Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
