We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics specializing in Pharmaceuticals and Plasma to join our team in Teaneck, NJ. This hybrid remote position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for commercial strategies. + Manage and process datasets related to sales, claims, and distributor information. + Evaluate contract performance with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). + Develop executive dashboards and present findings to senior leadership. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Finance. + Mentor junior analysts and participate in pricing discussions. + Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends and regulatory changes. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of data analytics experience in both pharmaceuticals and plasma sectors. + Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL. + Experience with Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) and IQVIA data analysis. + Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy and Distributor channels. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. + Background in conducting both quantitative and qualitative market research. **Compensation & Benefits:** + Salary range: $180,000–$225,000 per year, commensurate with experience. + Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. + Hybrid remote work arrangement (2–3 days remote per week). + Comprehensive benefits package starting from day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k with a 6% employer match after 90 days.
