The ro le you’ll contribute:

The Senior Physician Relations Specialist-Primary Care and Pediatrics is responsible for growing hospital volumes, market share, and brand preference for Primary Care Physicians and Pediatricians in the Tampa Bay area. The scope of focus includes growing inpatient admissions, outpatient services, and surgical volumes. The position is responsible for ensuring physician engagement by meeting with community-based & AdventHealth employed physicians, office staff, executing new business development goals, service line growth, and physician communication.

The position works collaboratively with key stakeholders including physicians, business development, hospital leadership, strategic planning, physician relations, marketing, service, care navigation, service line leaders, and other key teams to achieve overall market performance and business strategy goals.

· Relationship Development: Work closely with focused physicians/practices for the purposes of development and engagement

· Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying new growth opportunities.
