Our Perth Hatch team is currently seeking expressions of interest from Senior Piping Engineers who are interested in working as Lead Piping Engineers for our Projects. As the Piping Project Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Piping Engineers and Designers to successfully achieve the required Project outcomes. The ideal candidate is a technical expert who also relate well to and motivates others. We want someone who can support and bring out the best in their team – ensuring the focus remains on quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of the Project work.
Some of your key responsibilities will include (but are not exhaustive):
Qualifications and Experience:
BSc/B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Registration as a professional engineer Substantial piping engineering experience with solid project engineering experience or equivalent relevant experience Ability to manage and motivate individuals to attain quality, cost and schedule objectives Strong deliverable focus and ability to plan the work A high degree of understanding of inter-discipline dependencies related to the discipline Experience working on large or complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment is preferable.
