**Senior Supply & Inventory Planner – North America** WHQ, North America **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** The North America Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) team is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory health across the geography, ensuring seamless alignment between marketplace demand and supply. As part of the broader Demand & Supply Management (DSM) function, we combine marketplace insights, inventory objectives, and product hierarchy to drive supply strategies that support consumer demand in the marketplace. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory planning needs and will require close collaboration with your Field of Play (FoP) squad, Marketplace Supply Chain and Global Supply and Inventory Planning. Responsibilities include: + **End-to-End Supply & Inventory Planning** : Oversee the regular (weekly/bi-weekly) purchasing of finished goods, ensuring timely and efficient execution to support Consumer x Field of Play (FoP) strategies. + **Supply Health Management** : Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and analyse opportunities for optimizing supply efficiency. Manage trade-offs related to delivery timing and revenue opportunities, ensuring healthy inventory levels through proactive decision-making. + **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Work closely with Consumer x FoP teams, DSM counterparts, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing Partners to ensure alignment on inventory targets and delivery expectations. + **Data Analysis & Reporting** : Leverage multiple reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity.
