What You’ll Do:As a Senior Planner, you will bridge customer demand with factory capacity, ensuring smooth and efficient production. Your key responsibilities will include:
Translating customer demand fluctuations into actionable scheduling solutions.
Leading planning discussions in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings.
Developing 3, 6, and 12-month demand plans to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Strategically loading work centers for a balanced factory workflow.
Managing MRP parameters to streamline material and work order flow.
Functioning as a super user of the Infor Capacity Management Tool to identify bottlenecks and optimize capacity planning.
Driving continuous process improvements within Production Control to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless production operations.
Creating and publishing key demand and capacity planning metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, Nadcap, and NASA-STD-8739 requirements.
What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Scheduler in a high-mix, regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong ERP system (Infor) experience and deep understanding of MRP principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
Experience leading change management and process improvements.

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $106,000.00 per year
