Key Competencies & Education Qualifications

Holder of Customs House Agent’s certificate

Minimum G.C.E. A/L

Diploma or certificate course in supply chain management or a relevant field will be an added advantage

Posses a valid driver’s / rider’s license

Proficient in handling computer software packages (MS-office)

Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage

Should have Customs Regulations and Asycuda and other system Knowledge

02 – 05 years of experience in a similar capacity

Managing the Custom House Brokerage Team

Task Assignment and Monitoring

Handling Clearance Processes

Financial Analysis and Reconciliation

Customer Coordination

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Providing training and support to team members

Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the customs clearance process.

Maintaining detailed records of all transactions and communications

Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall service delivery
