Senior Planning Analyst
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Creating a capacity constrained master production schedule based on actual and forecasted customer and inter-company demand. + Responding to customer service questions about when production will be completed. + Comparing actual production to the planned master production schedule. + Analyzing raw and WIP material availability to ensure production continues without interruption. + Successfully collaborating with a cross functional team to ensure alignment and clearly communicated production schedules. + Understanding the overall material flow through the manufacturing facility to identify where material is at on the production floor + Support relevant functional areas with strong data analysis and scheduling skills assisting to build a successful production plan + Primary back up for the Master Scheduler **Who You Are:** You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. You steer through the organizational maze to get things done. You maintain a positive attitude despite adversity and manage crises effectively **For This Role, You Will Need:** + 3-5 years of production planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment + Experience in ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and planning systems. + 2+ years’ experience working with customer service inquires in a manufacturing environment + Strong data analysis, problem solving, and reporting skills, utilizing Excel, Outlook, databases, queries + 2+ years’ experience using data analysis tools to successfully manage complex schedules and overcome unforeseen challenges + Experience collaborating and communicating with multiple functional areas in a dynamic manufacturing environment + Fluent in English/Spanish **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP + Understanding of a financial supply plan + Familiar with a lean manufacturing environment **Our Offer To You:** Benefits above the law **Requisition ID** : 24012491 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
