How will you contribute:
As a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform pro-code developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's mission: Deliver the most capable and compliant service at Manulife. You will craft and refine enterprise-level applications enhancing the Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio With a specific focus Model Driven apps and Dataverse.Leverage Power Platform capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Implement responsive, user-friendly interface.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure functions and logic apps for enhanced functionality.Mentor and support junior developers within the Team, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment.Provide guidance on coding standards, and emerging technologies.Collaborate with clients and internal partners to gather requirements and scope solutions.Skills and Experience:
5 years+ knowledge within Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365Proven track record of design and delivery of moderately complex projects.Experience with C#, ASP .NET, CSS, JavaScript, Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, GIT, PowerFX.Experience with Azure functions, web applications, storage, logic apps, key vault, service buses, Identity Services, Graph, DevOps and GitHub.Have a security-first approach, covering confidentiality, integrity and availability.Experience within DevOps software development and/or operations involving DevOps tools and ways of working.Commercial experience developing cloud native applications.Experience in emigrating legacy platforms into the cloud.Working with a quality first approach - performance testing, integration testing and unit testing.What can we offer you?

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
