Join our Lean Portfolio Management team and make a real impact! We're looking for a collaborative and innovative Senior Portfolio Analyst to help manage and mature our Strategy/Planning, Portfolio Operations, and Portfolio Governance practices across four Value Streams.
This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office location 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Responsibilities:
Assist in Invest submissions by gathering cost and benefits data.Ensure materials are complete and ready for key portfolio forums.Help prepare and structure rolling wave planning.Support the creation, rollout, and measurement of Agile Practices and Operating Routines.Manage the Claims and Operations SharePoint site.Coordinate and track Agile training and continuous learning activities.Lead change management activities for Portfolio Operations practices.Partner with Value Stream Owners and APMs to gather KPI data.Work with IT LPM to forecast budget needs, measure portfolio performance, and coordinate compliance activities.Guide epics through the portfolio Kanban Board.Support portfolio health reviews, scorecards, and MOR meetings.Assist with Rally support and data management.Help mature metrics over time.Qualifications:
Effective communication and collaboration skills.Strong understanding and experience with Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).2+ years of portfolio management or equivalent experience.SAFe LPM certification is a plus.Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
