What this job involves:

Being the leader in property management, you are the account lead for the assigned property management team.

Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&LPlan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance/advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levelsOversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management mattersAttend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMsSupport client pitches and transition workExecute initiatives & programmes as directedYou will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services

A Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalentStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh in integrityStrong client focus and able to maintain a high level of service deliveryExperience in MCST environment and well-verse in statute (BMSMA)
