**Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (DT AMER)**
The Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (DT AMER) is responsible for aligning regional and global teams with the AMER priority roadmap and backlog. This role involves close collaboration with AMER platform functions to evaluate the feasibility and interdependencies of various initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the regional DT Demand Management process, which covers priority triage, approval, stakeholder updates, and identifying needs. The manager ensures visibility into the status of prioritized in-flight initiatives and the backlogged pipeline. Additionally, the role requires partnering with Finance and other functions to define and track investment realization, as well as ensuring accurate tracking of budget versus actuals across all AMER initiatives. Effective leadership in discussions is crucial for aligning senior stakeholders across business, functional, and DT areas at both regional and global levels.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ Priority Alignment: Ensure alignment of priorities across all regional and global DT teams related to the AMER priority roadmap and backlog.
+ Collaboration: Partner closely with AMER platform functions (finance, SC, Omni Ops, logistics, legal, compliance, procurement) to determine the feasibility and interdependencies of roadmaps and initiatives.
+ Demand Management: Manage the regional DT Demand Management process, including priority triage, approval, stakeholder updates, and highlighting needs.
+ Visibility: Drive visibility into the status of prioritized in-flight initiatives and the backlogged pipeline within the AMER region.
+ Investment Tracking: Collaborate with Finance and involved functions to define and track the realization of investments.
+ Budget Tracking: Ensure visibility and tracking of budget versus actuals across all AMER initiatives.
+ Platform leadership support: Support the regional DT platform lead in keeping regional and global senior leadership updated on key priorities and roadmaps
**Skills for Success**
+ Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent digital experience in the Fashion Industry.
+ 5+ years managing technology portfolios, preferably in the direct-to-consumer space.
+ Ability to handle multiple idea assessment streams simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent knowledge of technology trends and competitor activities, with a proven track record of leveraging solutions that impact the bottom line.
+ Proficiency in appropriately presenting detailed information to a wide range of stakeholder levels.
+ Strong analytical mindset and ability to quantify benefits.

**Hiring Range** **:**
$121,824.00 USD - $152,280.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
