SUMMARY

The Senior Practice Administrator collaborates closely with the VP of the Medical Foundation to ensure the effective management and daily operations of Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) practices. This role is pivotal in overseeing practice operations, general management, and strategic alignment to deliver exceptional care and achieve organizational goals.

In a dyad partnership with site Physicians, the Senior Practice Administrator facilitates monthly meetings to drive data-informed decision-making and enhance practice performance, leveraging key metrics to implement operational improvements. This position is accountable for optimizing workflows, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, achieving customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding financial and performance objectives as established by medical group leadership.

The Senior Practice Administrator serves as a champion of operational innovation and patient-centric care, striving to enhance practice performance and overall organizational success. This individual plays a critical role in aligning the practices with Saint Agnes Medical Foundation’s (SAMF) mission, vision, and values while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

1.  Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or current enrollment in Bachelor’s degree program with 6 years related experience.
2.  Five (5) years of supervisory/manager experience is required.

3.  Three (3) years experience as a Practice Administrator required.
4.  Valid California driver's license is required.
5.  Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required.
6.  Proven ability to organize and manage workload is required.
7.  Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is required.
8.  Ability to handle matters with strict confidentiality is required.
9.  Strong computer and database skills, including Microsoft Office, are required.
10.  Working knowledge of Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, Profit and Loss, and Revenue Cycle Management is required.
11.  Direct experience with multi-specialty and multi-site physician practice operations is strongly preferred.
12.  Previous experience with Physician Relations and Communication strategies is preferred.

13.  Proven ability to create and manage policies and procedures for multiple site locations required.

14.  Previous experience with Physician Relations and Communication strategies is preferred.

Pay Range ($48.87 - $73.31)
