Job description


Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Client Partner, Cloud Solutions. The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Senior Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Engagement Manager) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Practice Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.

Role Description:Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseClient delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.Responsible for NA Business Development, building GTM strategies/ solutions/ offerings to drive Cloud ecosystem revenueContribute to different phases from consulting to the sales lifecycleGuide various teams regarding proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advice on internal capability building and collaboration across the Account sales teamAdvice on opportunities to shape value-adding winning solutions based on the changing market landscape and customer needsWork with internal teams towards building differentiated industry cloud solutionsParticipate in Strategy building for the practiceLiaise with analysts and related agencies in positioning of Infosys services
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceTrack record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contactsExperience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing dealsExperience in complex Cloud solution design for customersExperience in a large Cloud solution discovery and assessment engagementCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
