Your role:

The Senior Pre-Sales SME, Supervision & Archive Solutions role is responsible for supporting the business development team as well as the rest of GR in the areas of compliance, operations and training for GR’s suite of products and services. They will also take on ad hoc projects in operations and client interaction.  In addition, they will provide overall direction, guidance and strategic insight to maximize growth and innovation for the organization.  He or she will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.

This is a business development role focused on new accounts in the Northeast Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales cycle from end to end. Working closely with other company departments, the successful candidate will work primarily with prospective customers to interpret their requirements and communicate effective solutions. 

Your job:

Provide Major Accounts with a single interface into Global Relay for Account Management and Sales Support. Work with Global Relay’s Major Accounts to develop an understanding of their infrastructure and explain and facilitate integration with Global Relay systems. In conjunction with the Global Relay Sales Team, gather requirements from MAP customer stakeholders and provide product demonstrations and User Cases. Transparently manage Proof of Concept and implementation steps. Transparently update Global Relay and customer stakeholders on progress. Prepare and propose a course of action where circumstances are identified involving non-compliance. Review new regulatory policy and work to ensure controls are adequately established to mitigate compliance and business risk. Provide compliance reporting to external clients, as required. Assist in developing compliance initiatives to detect activities involving non-compliance with firm policy and regulatory requirements.

About you:

Prior experience on SAAS electronic message archiving, compliance and supervision solutions in highly regulated industries a plus. Experience in the financial services industry with compliance focus. Excellent knowledge of banking and investment fund laws and regulations. University degree, Law degree or CPA would be an asset. Project management experience. Willingness to travel within region.

Compensation:

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. New York - Base Salary Range:$150,000—$180,000 USD
